The Hudsons
Living down the block on Martin St were Mr and Mrs Hudson, Eddie Heit's grandparents. Ed grew up in Canandaigua, a city about 30 miles from Rochester, and his family would come in every Sunday to visit with the Hudsons, his mother's parents. While visiting in Rochester Ed met Ethel, when they were both young, children really. They started going together, and they continued going together. After Ed's father died he and his mother and brother moved in with the Hudsons on Martin St for a time.
